I am a Product Designer by profession, a photographer by passion and a printmaker by hobby. I completed my bachelor in the Industrial Product Design Program at De Haagse Hogeschool in 2012, where my thesis research focused on the development of a standing office luminaire.

Prior to my graduate work, most of my professional design experience fell in the realm of Graphic Design.
During my study I have created content and did maintenance for a narrowcasting system at De Haagse Hogeschool. This gave me the confidence to start my own company "Qube" in 2009 where I produced website-related-client work such as templates, logos, front-end web design, etc. I developed a heightened interest in multi-disciplinary work, branching away from Product Design classes to take Graphic Design and Photography courses . These experiences gave me a revelatory awareness of working in these environments as a graphic designer as well as a design research methodology that I believe holds great potential in Graphic-Design-related fields.
In the future, I am interested in working in an environment that pushes me creatively and conceptually as a photographer, but also allows me to grow as a graphic and product designer.
